I build things that don't exist yet and make them run like they've always been there. Over the last several years I've launched programs, stood up businesses, built operational systems, and delivered multi-stakeholder projects under real constraints — even when the work had no formal title attached to it.
I've run youth programs at city scale, built a family real estate operation from zero into a functioning enterprise, acquired, renovated and managed an investment property at 23, and led cross-stakeholder initiatives where budget, risk, timelines, and people all had to align for the outcome to succeed.
Through doing that work I realized my natural operating style already mirrors project management — managing scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating stakeholders toward a defined outcome. I am now looking to redirect that muscle toward the design and construction industry where the same discipline produces tangible, built outcomes.
This portfolio is not speculation — it is evidence.
